 The Story Behind the Work:
From Burnout to Becoming

Coach, writer, therapist.
A woman who’s burned out, pushed through, started over—more than once.

I’m the granddaughter of immigrants and the daughter of New England grit.
Resilience was in the air I breathed.
Hard work was expected. Pushing through was praised.
I learned how to survive—then unlearned it to figure out how to really live.

I know what it’s like to carry the expectations, the responsibility, the image.
To perform. Achieve. Keep going.
Even when some quiet part of you whispers, this isn’t it.

I’ve worked in six careers across six states.
Said yes when I wanted to say no.
I’ve lived many chapters—therapist, writer, coach… and yes, even DoorDasher.
Because sometimes the next version of you doesn’t start with a spotlight.
It starts with grit. Humility. And the courage to keep going while the vision unfolds.

I’ve rebuilt not because I failed—
but because I finally listened to what my body and spirit were trying to say.

That’s the work I do now.

I coach high-functioning women who are ready to stop pushing.
Not because they can’t.
But because they no longer want to.

Together, we create a space where your nervous system can finally exhale.
Where your clarity comes back.
Where you stop performing and start becoming.

This isn’t about adding more to your plate.
It’s about taking off what never belonged there in the first place.

You don’t need a reinvention plan.
You need a return-to-self roadmap.

My Approach

Becoming your best self

Two words – compassionately direct.

I believe in saying it like it is while providing a supportive space for growth and discovery. Drawing from my own journey of resilience, creativity, and lifelong evolution, I help you uncover the answers that are already within you because you are the expert on your life. Together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you, shift limiting beliefs, and create a path toward a joyful, balanced, and fulfilling life.

With honesty, empathy, and a focus on your unique strengths, I guide you to take meaningful steps toward evolving into the person you are meant to become, living the life you’re meant to live.

Age is no barrier to reinvention. The courage to transform and live authentically is the ultimate expression of self-love.

Maya Angelou

The best part of life is knowing that every day offers a chance to grow, transform, and become more aligned with who you truly are.

Brene Brown

Transformation is not about becoming someone new; it's about unbecoming everything that isn’t authentically you and stepping into the fullest, truest version of yourself—at any age.
